No! You don't need a PayPal account to use PayPal to make a payment to Blueleaf Studio.
Just select the PayPal payment method during the checkout process and then select the "I don't have a PayPal Account" option when you are forwarded to the PayPal payment site.
You will then have the chance to pay with a credit or debit card without having to create a PayPal account.
